To minimize the risk of exposure for you and our staff, we are requesting that clients wait outside in their vehicles instead of coming in to the clinic.
Most people decide to wait in the parking lot for the duration of the exam but you are not required to stay as long as you are available by phone. The appointment duration for new consults is 1 hour and recheck exams are 30 minutes.
We have 2 parking stalls inside of the garage reserved for your use. Look for stalls 12 and 13 labeled "PAEC" located on the left side as you drive in to the garage. When you arrive for your appointment, please give us a call at the main clinic number (808)445-6778. A technician will ask you some questions about what has been going on with your pet and you will be asked to bring your pet up to clinic to drop them off.
There is an elevator located in the back left corner of the garage that you can take up to the first floor. We are located in Suite 103. Please knock and a technician will be out to pick up your pet.
Once the exam is complete, Dr. Roybal will give you a call to review the findings and discuss a treatment plan. She will then type up a visit summary while the technicians pack up any medications that we will be dispensing.
While this is occurring, someone will give you a call to help you schedule a follow-up appointment if needed and go over the invoice for the day. Payment is most commonly done by providing credit card information over the phone to minimize contact. If you are not comfortable with that option, please feel free to let us know and accommodations can be made.
A technician will then bring your pet back down to you and review the visit summary and medication instructions at your car.
