We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will allow another patient the opportunity to be seen.
Late Arrival Policy: We make every effort to be on time for all our appointments. Unfortunately, when even one patient arrives late, it can throw off the entire schedule for that day. In addition, rushing or “squeezing in” an appointment can result in decreased quality of care and communication. Therefore, if you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will be rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
Cancellation Policy: Please let us know least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If it is after hours, please leave a message (808-445-6778) or send us an email (info@pacificanimaleyecare).
A “missed appointment fee” may be charged if you are more than 10 minutes late or you do not provide at least 24-hour notice that you will not be able to make your appointment time. The fee is $50 for recheck exams and $100 for new patients. If you choose to not pay the fee, your appointment will not be rescheduled.
If you repeatedly miss appointments, we may request that you find an ophthalmology clinic that is better able to fit your schedule.
